Our kitchen team sets a high value on local, fresh, seasonal and varied food. Therefore we use many regional products, such as eggs and potatoes from farmer Wrogemann from Wroge, Asparagus from Hof Santelmann in Wienhausen, Herbs from our own garden and of course that delicious Celler dark.
